About House League — Youth Baseball Management Software

Built by Baseball Families

House League was born out of frustration — too many late Sunday nights rebuilding lineups in spreadsheets, too many kids sitting the bench by accident. We knew there had to be a better way.

Our Story

Youth baseball leagues run on the backs of volunteer coaches who give up their evenings and weekends for the love of the game and the kids who play it. But the tools available to them haven't kept up. Paper scorecards, group chats, and Excel files were state of the art — and coaches were burning out.

We started building House League with one goal: give every volunteer coach the kind of software that used to only exist for professional organizations. Lineup management, player development tracking, fair play enforcement, live scoring — all purpose-built for house league and recreational baseball.

Today, House League is used by coaches, league admins, and parents across North America to manage thousands of players each season. And we're just getting started.

What We Believe

Kids First

Everything we build is oriented around the youth athlete experience. Fair play, development, and fun are never afterthoughts.

Coaches Need Real Tools

We built House League because volunteer coaches deserve professional-grade software — not another spreadsheet hack.

Community Driven

Our features are shaped by real coaches, parents, and league admins who use House League every week. We listen and we ship.

Winning Means More Than the Score

We define success as every kid playing, growing, and loving the game — not just what's on the scoreboard.
